Terms and responsible use policy

1. Independent product status

Converter Hub and the listed converters are independent software products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Telegram FZ-LLC. The word "Telegram" is used only to describe compatibility with Telegram account formats and related workflows. All rights to the Telegram name, logo, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owner.

2. Permitted use

The tools are intended for lawful format conversion and account-data migration workflows, including:

• Converting your own account files between supported formats such as AuthKey, Session, Session+JSON, TData, and mobile Telegram data.
• Migration, backup, recovery, or workflow standardization for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Internal operational use that complies with Telegram rules and all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or the software for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activity. This includes, without limitation:

• Processing accounts, sessions, or files that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to handle.
• Using the tools to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, spam, or other harmful behavior.
• Violating Telegram terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data-protection laws.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality of the source data you upload or process, the destination workflows you use, and the compliance of your actions with Telegram policies and applicable law. You assume all risk connected with misuse of the tools.

5. Digital product delivery

Licenses are delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Access terms, plan limits, and supported periods depend on the selected license type shown during checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

6. Refunds and access

Because the products are digital and license delivery can be immediate, refunds may be limited once a valid license or key has been issued. Access may be suspended or revoked if the service is used in breach of these terms or for clearly abusive activity.

7. No warranty

The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or immunity from platform-side restrictions. You are responsible for testing suitability before relying on the tools in production workflows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website owner and software developers are not liable for account restrictions, data loss, service interruptions, third-party platform actions, indirect damages, or claims arising from misuse, improper configuration, or use of unauthorized source data.

9. Data and communication

Purchase-related data such as selected product, license type, transaction status, and email address may be processed as necessary to complete payment, deliver the license, and maintain sales records. Do not submit data you are not entitled to use.

10. Acceptance of terms

By continuing to use the website or purchase a license, you confirm that you understand these terms, accept them in full, and agree to use the software only for legitimate and authorized conversion workflows.
